Questions before you configure
Is it really 2 weeks?
The PMO build sprint — charter, methodology, templates and dashboards — is designed to run over two weeks. Certification training runs alongside on the schedule you choose, and coaching continues after go-live if you add hypercare.
What is included in every pack?
Exam vouchers valid for 12 months, mock exams, training and coaching, and technical assistance to operationalise your PMO.
Can we choose PMP® or PRINCE2 Agile®?
Yes. Track 2 lets you choose one of them, as in the brochure — or skip it and add other certifications as add-ons.
ITIL® (Version 5) or ITIL® 4?
Both are available. ITIL® (Version 5) is the current edition. ITIL® 4 runs in parallel and we still train and certify in it; PeopleCert currently plans to retire the ITIL® 4 modules on 31 December 2027. ITIL® 4 certificates stay valid and count as prerequisites for the higher-level ITIL® (Version 5) modules.
